This is a polychoron, aka an hyper-pyramid, aka a 4-D triangle, aka a 4-Simplex. It serves as a rough model of 1 of the 3 Lab Fortresses, all 3 of which are the same with slightly different functions. The facets are mirrors with cameras behind them. All together, the 3 as 1, are they known as The Polychora.
The Polychora spin upon their corners of the field's perimeter, their convex hulls all aglimmer in the drapery of night's absolute stun.
